Porvapor fuses heritage, culture, and modern luxury, creating a sanctuary for those valuing authentic, high-end experiences.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for the Front of the House at Porvapor Nordic Spa. The role is on-site at our location in Barcelona, Carrer de Wellington 94. The Front of the House associate will welcome and assist guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, handling payments and coordinating bookings with the kitchen and spa teams, and facilitating seamless presentations and communications within the spa environment.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and Interpersonal Communication skillsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsAbility to manage Presentations and guest interactions professionallyProficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are beneficialExperience in hospitality or wellness industry is a mustAbility to work flexibly, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or a related field preferred
