AI Product Manager

Overview The ideal candidate is a collaborative and curious professional who will be responsible for driving product features from concept to delivery. You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure successful product adoption. This role requires both strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer needs into impactful solutions.

Responsibilities Product Definition & Requirements : Define and prioritize product features and requirements for the Grounding API, aligned with Microsoft's Responsible AI principles. Translate customer and partner needs into actionable scenarios.

Collaboration & Delivery : Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant API capabilities. Work with stakeholders across Azure, MAI, M365, and other Microsoft groups to integrate grounding into their workflows.

Adoption & Evangelism : Develop documentation, onboarding materials, and internal communication to drive usage and adoption of the API. Maintain Azure DevOps work items and backlog to ensure transparent progress tracking.

Continuous Improvement : Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and system performance to inform product roadmap decisions. Contribute to creating impactful, trustworthy AI systems.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent

2+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or related field

Strong technical acumen and interest in APIs, platforms, or AI systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
