Product Owner / Product Manager – First Job (Barcelona)

Location : Barcelona (on-site, full-time)

Contract : Entry-level / First Job – Full-time

Start : ASAP

Context

We are building and scaling digital platforms across Europe. To strengthen our product team in Barcelona , we are hiring a junior Product Owner / Product Manager for a first job opportunity .

You will work closely with founders, product, design, and growth teams to own user journeys , improve conversion funnels, and contribute to the creation of beautiful, high-performing digital products .

Your Missions

  • Support the product team in managing roadmaps and backlogs .
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in discovery workshops with growth, design, and ops.
  • Analyze funnels and KPIs (onboarding, checkout, retention).
  • Collaborate with developers to deliver new features.
  • Propose improvements to UX and CRO based on data and user feedback.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, Product, or related field).
  • First internship or 0–3 years in Product / Growth / Tech environment .
  • Curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable with tools : GA4, Mixpanel, Notion, Jira, Figma (nice to have).
  • Strong interest in conversion, product design, and user experience .
  • Fluent in English (Spanish, French, or other EU languages are a plus).
