Technical It Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical IT Support Specialist to collaborate with our central team on developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities : - The successful candidate will participate in local development of IT systems and other technical projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.- They will train end-users on hardware functionalities, software applications, and IT security best practices.- Our ideal candidate will provide technical support for IT systems, report incidents / requests to the central service desk, and assist in procuring IT equipment.- In addition, they will help establish local IT procedures according to Krka Group policies and standards.Requirements : - High energy and drive to make a difference in a fast-paced environment.- Several years of work experience in similar positions is required.- Proficient in MS Office applications and good understanding of CRM / ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central) systems is essential.- Very good English and excellent communication skills are necessary for success in this role.We offer opportunities for growth and development, as well as a collaborative work environment.
