Job Title : Project Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling, with experience in managing complex projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating execution schedules for large industrial projects, analyzing deviations and trends, and preparing forecast schedules. They will also generate manpower histograms and follow up on manpower, including actual data and forecast.

In addition, the candidate will prepare project weekly and monthly progress reports, as well as internal reports on project status. They will also support the Project Manager in assessing project status and managing time effectively.

Key Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and progress measurement.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, or related industries.
• Proficient in planning and scheduling software (Primavera P6) and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Team worker, efficient organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
• English, written and spoken; Spanish (preferred).
