Responsibilities
Monitor current company's benefits, implement and apply benefits policies (i.e. company car, health and life insurance).
Manage the existing suppliers and external advisors and search additional suppliers if needed.
Manage and control invoicing processes and administrative internal C&B processes.
Provide advice to HRBPs and business on compensation and benefits processes and policies.
Provide on demand C&B analysis for specific topics. Prepare benchmark studies of comparable companies for benefits and / or other C&B topics.
Support other C&B areas, such as salary structure, salary campaigns and grading processes.
Collaboration with other key HR stakeholders, such as : payroll team, labour relationships area and HRBPs.
Participate in transnational C&B projects.
