Overview Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing) – Ruby Labs is seeking a talented Ad Creative Producer to join our dynamic marketing team. This full-time role is central to driving our advertising creative process across multiple consumer-focused brands. You will be responsible for developing new ad concepts, managing production timelines, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that our creatives captivate and convert. You will work directly under the Ad Creative Lead and coordinate with User Acquisition Managers to refine and optimize advertising strategies based on performance data.
Key Responsibilities Creative Development : Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives that resonate with diverse audiences, with an emphasis on strategies that enhance customer acquisition.
Industry awareness : Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate innovative elements into creative production, ensuring our creatives are captivating and effectively convert viewers into customers.
Collaboration : Partner with design teams to transform ideas into compelling ad creatives that align with brand values and meet campaign goals.
Project Management : Oversee the production process to deliver on time and meet the creative vision, with focus on optimizing impact on customer acquisition.
Workflow Coordination : Coordinate with designers, user acquisition managers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outputs.
Performance Analysis : Work with User Acquisition Managers to analyze ad creative performance across platforms, identifying those that best contribute to customer acquisition.
Experimentation : Generate and test hypotheses in A / B testing to refine creatives, aiming to optimize conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
Reporting : Provide regular reports to the Ad Creative Lead on the impact and effectiveness of ad creatives in driving customer acquisition.
Market & Competitor Analysis : Conduct competitor research to understand market benchmarks and creative standards, especially those successful in acquiring customers.
Collaboration & Innovation : Liaise between creative teams and UA managers to optimize ad creatives for performance using real-time data; facilitate brainstorming to boost customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications Experience :
3+ years in creative production or a related role, preferably in tech-focused or consumer product companies.
Proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to completion.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing high-performing digital ads.
Technical Skills :
Expertise in digital advertising platforms and understanding of performance metrics.
Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration software.
Ability to perform data analysis to derive actionable insights from campaign results.
Up-to-date knowledge of AI tools used in creative production and ability to leverage them to generate innovative ad creatives.

Strong creative vision with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
