Accountabilities
- Lead the development and refinement of Data Science solutions including Generative AI systems to solve intricate business problems and enable impactful applications.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of MLOps infrastructure and tools for Data Science and Generative AI models.
- Participate in the full lifecycle development of Generative AI agents from conceptualization to deployment ensuring these agents can interact with users or environments in a meaningful way.
- Support the integration of pre-trained models into custom applications and the broader Machine Learning ecosystem enabling new functionalities while ensuring ethical use and business relevance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design interactive systems that use AI to provide dynamic content or decision support.
- Support the development and integration of Knowledge Graphs to enable semantic data modeling and enhance data connectivity across systems.
- Aid in the implementation of user interfaces or API endpoints that allow for seamless interaction with AI functionalities.
- Assist with the data pipelines and preprocessing steps necessary for feeding AI models with the right data for generation tasks.
- Explore advanced Data Science methodologies such as federated learning to enable privacy-preserving and collaborative model training in distributed environments.
- Help monitor the operational health of Data Science applications in production identifying areas for improvement or optimization across AI models and related systems.
- Contribute to the development of assets frameworks and reusable components.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iteratively improve upon the AI applications features and capabilities.
- Assist with the monitoring and governance of Data Science solutions to align with evolving business and regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills / Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Electrical Engineering Mathematics Statistics or a related field3 years of experience in Machine Learning data science or software developmentFamiliarity with ML Engineering concepts and tools including Docker / containerization and basic model upkeepExposure to CICD practices and familiarity with tools such as GitHub Actions Jenkins or Bitbucket pipelinesExperience with Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as Tensorflow Keras or PyTorchFamiliarity with graph databases and Knowledge Graph technologies such as Neo4j RDF or SPARQL for semantic data modeling and queryingExperience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or GCPUnderstanding of software engineering principles and exposure to agile methodologiesGood communication and collaboration skills with enthusiasm for working in a cross-functional team environmentProactive and eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDesirable Skills / Experience
