Senior Data Scientist (LLMs) – Freelance (Pharma industry)We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join one of our clients' team (pharmaceutical industry) a full-time freelance basis. This role is an opportunity to contribute to a client project applying advanced machine learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) in a highly impactful sector. We need someone able to provide immediate support and improvement on a Gen AI tech stack.Role OverviewThe Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for : Developing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM-based solutionsWorking hands-on with Python and ML frameworks such as Py Torch, Tensor Flow, and Hugging Face TransformersDesigning experiments and evaluation frameworks for generative AI systemsEnsuring high-quality data processing and scalable pipelinesCollaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in the client’s team to deliver production-ready solutionsRequirementsProven experience as a Senior Data Scientist, with a focus on LLMs, NLP, and generative AIStrong proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries (Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Transformers, Lang Chain, etc.)Hands-on experience with model development, fine-tuning, and evaluationAbility to work independently and manage end-to-end deliveryBackground in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is a plus, but not mandatoryContract DetailsLocation : Barcelona (remote work possible)Contract : Freelance, full-time until the end of the year, with potential extensionStart : ASAPIf you are an experienced Data Scientist with deep knowledge of LLMs and are available for a freelance role, we would be pleased to discuss this opportunity with you.
