E-commerce Customer Service Representative

Functions

This position involves executing the Order to Delivery Process to support the sales department. It is the first contact for our customers regarding service level performance. Customer service must monitor daily operational KPIs to analyze inefficiencies and implement corrective actions, always aiming for excellence in service level.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Manage customer service activities to ensure excellent service.
  • Oversee the order management cycle, ensuring accurate processing from purchase to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning, Distribution, and Finance to meet objectives and plans.
  • Support Sales & Marketing in achieving sales targets, keeping information updated for sharing and validation.
  • Coordinate databases (Customer & Material master data) to prevent complaints, returns, and credits due to incorrect data.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance order process quality and efficiency.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management, with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
