We are seeking a Senior Life Sciences Consultant to join our team of experts. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant business analyst or scientific role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drug development lifecycle, clinical trials, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, they should be familiar with data modeling, requirements engineering, and process mapping.

Responsibilities Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

Translating scientific and business process needs into technical specifications

Acting as a bridge between customers and MIGx technical teams

Analyzing and modeling complex process / data flows to support pharmaceutical R&D initiatives

Supporting systems implementation, integration, qualification, and validation efforts

Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on digital transformation in life sciences

Requirements Must have : Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle, clinical trials, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, FDA, EMA)

Experience with clinical study protocols

Familiarity with biostatistics, bioinformatics, clinical data, research data, RWD, or lab informatics is a plus

Experience with data modeling, requirements engineering, and process mapping

Familiarity with Pharma R&D systems (e.g., CDMS, CTMS, PV, RIM, LIMS, ELN, or eTMF systems)

Knowledge of data standards (e.g., CDISC, HL7, IDMP) and data governance
