Descripción del trabajoAssist with the coordination of incidents and service requests Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely resolution Keep clients informed about ongoing issues and progress updates Support the documentation and follow-up of infrastructure change Help plan and monitor small to mid-sized projects with support from a senior team member Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project tasks Track project status and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders Support testing and implementation phase Promote process improvement and clear documentation Fluent German (C1 or above) 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a service-oriented mindset Exciting, international field of activity full of globally scaling cloud and hosting technologies Fixed salary and flexible benefits such as health insurance, daycare allowance, and meal vouchers Flexible working hours to organize your schedule according to your needs Ability to work remotely or in any of our offices located in Logroño, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, or Bilbao Invitation to our Arsys events, held twice a year, where we team build and celebrate with our employees Personalized training in cutting-edge technologies, certifications, or any area that interests you We have a motivated, innovative team that is continuously learning. We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have at least 2 years of experience in client-facing or technical environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal team
- Provide clear and responsive communication via email and phone (including on-call support)
- Understand the client's business needs and help coordinate the delivery of services accordingly
- Foster strong, long-term relationships based on trust and reliability
