Oversee and improve team productivity by delegating tasks effectively, managing performance, and offering actionable feedback for career development.

Hands-on experience with mobile development technologies, as Swift and SwiftUI for iOS, experience working with technologies such as Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for Android, is a plus.

Proficiency in data structures, system design, design patterns, and API design. Familiarity with MVC / MVVM architectures, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps practices.

Ability to drive technical decisions, manage project scope, and partner effectively with product teams.

Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. A full-stack background is highly desirable, with additional knowledge of cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, and other relevant technologies being a plus.
