We are seeking a Senior / Principal Data Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable making decisions with imperfect data, and is passionate about driving growth through actionable insights. You will own deep-dive channel and publisher analytics, drive understanding of what works, and build self-serve tools to elevate a data-literate growth team. You will work within a Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Analysts team and collaborate with stakeholders such as the CMO and Director of User Acquisition.

What you’ll do Predictive Modeling & Scoring : Build Python / DBT pipelines that predict user value on day-0 signals, enabling smarter bidding and budget shifts.
Channel & Publisher Analytics : Develop statistical models and granular ROI frameworks to surface high-performing channels, publishers, creatives, and audiences; then recommend budget reallocations to maximize returns.
Performance Deep Dives : Use advanced analytics (not just dashboards) to diagnose drivers of marketing outcomes, and design experiments or optimizations to advise on changes.
Data Products & Self-Serve Tools : Architect data pipelines, dynamic reports, and notebooks that empower marketing stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
Strategic Storytelling : Translate complex model outputs into clear, visual narratives for leadership to inform weekly Growth Council decisions.
What you’ll bring Must :
Toolkit of analytical techniques (SQL, Python or R) to build insights and provide recommendations; expert SQL is required, good knowledge of Looker is a plus.
Strategic mindset : Ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations, especially when data is incomplete or ambiguous.
End-to-end data project experience : Define business problems, extract data, analyze, interpret, and present findings; when needed, improve data pipelines and build tools.
Proven experience in mobile app and / or subscription models.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with data-savvy stakeholders.
Hands-on with mobile UA data (SKAdNetwork, MMP postbacks, or Amplitude event streams), with proven media-mix or publisher-level optimization.
Able to build a comprehensive marketing understanding : spend, efficiency, incrementality, and attribution.
Nice to have :
Experience working with third-party providers.
Experience designing and analyzing experiments.
Gaming and especially Ad networks data experience is a plus.
