Your Role :
Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, guiding them through the property purchasing process with professionalism and care.Property Presentations : Conduct insightful property viewings, showcasing a variety of properties, including new developments and resale homes.Negotiation Expertise : Lead negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for clients, ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.Market Insight : Stay informed about the latest market trends and developments to provide clients with accurate and valuable information.Requirements :
Proven Sales Experience : At least 2 years in real estate on the Costa del Sol with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a minimum of 30 closed transactions.Buyer-Focused Experience : Experience working with buyers and buyer leads is a significant advantage, as is familiarity with new developments along the Costa del Sol.Market Knowledge : A strong understanding of the property transaction process on the Costa del Sol, backed by a history of successful deals.Multilingual Abilities : Fluency in English is essential. 2nd languages such as Dutch, Polish, German, French, Swedish, or Danish are highly desirable.
