Threat Detection Analyst

About the Role OPSWAT Academy is seeking a Cybersecurity Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging content for our online cybersecurity courses. These courses are designed for a wide range of learners, from entry-level to senior cybersecurity professionals, partners, and organizational leaders, helping them understand, deploy, and operate OPSWAT’s MetaDefender Platform.

In addition to OPSWAT product-specific content, this role will also develop vendor-neutral courses covering critical topics such as Network Operations Security, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP).

You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructors to produce Self-Guided Instruction Sets for our Cloud CIP Labs, including hands-on execution, capturing screenshots, recording video demonstrations, and creating assessments to reinforce learning.

Note : The list includes multiple roles, summaries, and program-related content across various geographies and teams.

Summary (Representative Roles) OPSWAT is seeking several roles across Technical Support, Professional Services, Legal, Marketing, Data Engineering, Sales, and Engineering. The descriptions below reflect various positions, locations, and focus areas within OPSWAT’s global operations. The content includes but is not limited to :

Technical Support Engineer — supports customer issues, mentors team, and coordinates with Sales; based in multiple regions.

Professional Services Engineer — provides implementation and integration services; focuses on project management and knowledge transfer; location : Americas region.

Cybersecurity Graduate Fellowship Program — Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity graduate fellowship (Vietnam, SWAT3 2025).

Legal, Commercial, and Sanctions-related roles — Senior Counsel, Chief Financial Officer notes, and various security and risk roles.

Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and SDR / Marketing Intern roles — multiple locations including AMER, APAC, and Japan.

Sales and Channel / Partner Management roles — Regional Sales Manager, Channel Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, and Enterprise Account Manager across regions (APAC, MEA, ERD, Australia, US, Vietnam, Japan, India, Europe).

Representative Responsibilities (Selected) Create and maintain product- and vendor-neutral cybersecurity course content.

Collaborate with SMEs and instructors to design Self-Guided Instruction Sets and assessments.

Capture screenshots and record video demonstrations for course material.

Support program-related activities including lab content, cloud labs, and CIP scenarios.

Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with OPSWAT products and industry best practices.
