This position plays a key role in supporting Nordic businesses as they scale their digital presence through Google Ads and advanced PPC solutions. You will work directly with high-potential clientsguiding them through onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing optimizationwhile strengthening long-term partnerships and delivering measurable performance growth.
Your Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and create high-performing Google Ads campaigns
Make outbound calls to promote digital solutions and close sales opportunities
Identify customer goals and build tailored advertising strategies
Drive product adoption, increase account spend, and manage upselling
Analyze campaign performance and support long-term digital strategies
Maintain accurate CRM records and handle a high volume of client interactions
Collaborate closely with the Nordic market to support business growth
Requirements
C2 Danish + C1 English
At least 20 months of experience in sales and / or marketing
Bachelors degree (Marketing / Communications preferred) or equivalent experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with CRM systems and customer data management
Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity
Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
