D365 - Quality and Manufacturing Consultant | Region : Switzerland on-site

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Quality and Manufacturing

modules. In this role, you will serve as the key functional expert

bridging business requirements and technical solutions – with a clear

focus on First Article Inspection and end-to-end process excellence .

You

will work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Quality,

Engineering, Production) to support global process harmonization and

ensure best-in-class D365 implementation and usage across multiple

sites.

Aufgaben Act as the functional lead for D365 Quality and Manufacturing modules , with a strong focus on First Article Inspection

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, system-driven solutions

Support global and local rollouts of D365 with focus on Quality process optimization

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and ensure system adoption

Ensure master data consistency and integrity within the quality-related areas

Deliver documentation, training materials, and system testing support

Act as key contact between IT, quality teams, and external partners

Qualifikation Proven experience as Functional Consultant or Process Expert with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Quality & Manufacturing modules)

Hands-on experience with First Article Inspection is a must

Solid understanding of quality processes, production environments, and change management

Strong analytical mindset and process orientation

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and countries

Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
