Job Description
What you’ll do :
- Assist in real estate valuation processes and the preparation of market analysis reports.
- Support the creation of valuation reports and useful databases through market research.
- Participate in on-site inspections of key assets (shopping centers, logistics parks, and office buildings) in Spain’s main cities, together with senior colleagues.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving valuation standards and inspection requirements.
- Provide support in market analysis for estimating the value of assets and properties.
