Senior Accountant - English & Spanish Speaker

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be in charge of posting entries in the accounting system and providing accounts justification .

Reconciliation of sales with cash collections and reporting any discrepancies to the local finance Manager

Recording financial transactions in the accounting system (expenses, receipts, payments…)

Preparing and reviewing expenses reports to ensure compliance with company policies

Supporting the annual and bi-annual closing process

Maintaining accounting documents and records

Supporting tax filling and compliance in collaboration with the finance Manager and local tax advisor

Preparation of bank reconciliations and cash reports, to be signed with the Finance Manager.

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (minimum Bac+3 or equivalent).

At least two years of experience in an accounting firm, audit firm, or large organization.

Knowledge of SAP Finance is a plus.
