Our client, a leading global company in the dermocosmetic and healthcare sector, is looking for a Customer Care Technician to join their Customer Care – Supply Chain team based in Montcada (Barcelona).
You would be a great fit if you have strong communication and organizational skills, previous experience in customer care, back office or supply chain, and are confident using Excel, SAP and CRM systems.
Responsibilities Coordinate Talks, Innovation Summits, sales carts and challenges with the Spanish Community.
Manage the loyalty program : calculate customer rewards (€ and points), assign points, and process customer credits.
Oversee sell-out experience credits and support the launch of new customer programs.
Collaborate with internal teams (Community, Sales, IT) and external stakeholders (pharmacies, medical professionals).
Manage POS materials, promotions, and point-of-sale activities across Spain.
Support the operational management of special campaigns, ensuring smooth execution with stakeholders.
Core Skills / Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages a plus).
Previous experience in Customer Service, Back Office, or Supply Chain roles.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage escalations and provide solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for reporting and data analysis.
Experience working with SAP and CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
Proactive, innovative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
