We are seeking a highly skilled Failure Analysis Engineer eager to work in a global automotive technology leader. The position is based at the Electronics campus in Valls, Tarragona, Spain, within a large automotive multinational company. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, industrial automotive engineering, electronics, and new technologies.

LEAR VALLS is looking for a technical professional focused on customer satisfaction by reproducing customer complaints, determining the root cause of failures (collaborating with external research laboratories or Tier2 suppliers if needed), defining effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence, and preparing detailed technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Testing and failure analysis of parts returned by customers using problem-solving methods.
• Generating failure analysis reports with all relevant evidence.
• Updating analysis procedures to meet customer requirements and Lear standards.
• Achieving overall customer quality goals, focusing on product and service satisfaction.
• Supporting customers and participating in task forces for critical issues.
