Role Summary We are seeking a Communications & Events Manager to elevate our brand voice and lead the execution of high-impact corporate events worldwide.

As the Communications & Events Manager, you will develop and execute Kaelis’ internal and external communication strategies while managing a calendar of international trade shows. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing and visual skills, brand awareness, and event-planning experience in a global B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities Communications (80%)

Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligning with Kaelis’ brand and business objectives.

Create and oversee press releases, newsletters, website content, speeches, executive communications, and social media content.

Manage corporate messaging across digital, PR, internal communications, and brand guidelines.

Serve as a liaison between media and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.

Monitor brand presence and press coverage; manage crisis communication if necessary.

Collaborate with Design and Product Development teams to ensure impactful storytelling and visual consistency.

Events (20%)

Plan, coordinate, and execute global trade shows, corporate events, and speaking engagements.

Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, booth design (in collaboration with the Chief Designer), guest lists, and on-site execution.

Support senior leadership with public speaking opportunities and event preparation.

Maintain post-event reports, metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in a communications or marketing role.

Proven experience organizing and managing large-scale events across global markets.

Exceptional written & verbal communication skills in English (Native or C2 level).

Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) or basic HTML is a plus.

Strong project management and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and AI tools.

Self-motivated, a good team player, and open to feedback.

Ability to motivate and lead the Communications team.

Preferred :

Knowledge of onboard equipment or catering supply for airlines, railways, or hotels.

Experience with Salesforce.com.

Fluency in additional languages.
