Applicants must have Computer Science, Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering Degree or a related field, Spanish native level, and full professional proficiency in English.As a member of the Security Team, the Cloud Security Posture Engineer will work in a collaborative environment where sharing skills and expertise is part of its DNA, cultivating a culture of security awareness to ensure security policies for cloud applications, environments and systems are always followed.Continuous learning is encouraged (and needed!) through our extensive training program, classroom / online courses from well-known providers and certifications.Selected candidates will take part in Cloud Security projects for global & leading companies in Iberia region.Responsibilities and recurring main tasks- Depth understanding about Cloud Security tools (CSPM, CNAPP, CWPP).- Assess the security posture of the organization's cloud environment using CSPM tools.- Develop quality technical content, such as security policies, guardrails, automation tools and guides.- Work in regulated environments (GDPR, NIST, CIS, PCI, HIPAA).- Reporting key metrics and indicators to C-Suite.- Identify security risks and vulnerabilities in the cloud environment.- Develop and implement remediation plans for security risks and vulnerabilities.- Work with cloud architects and engineers to design and implement a secure cloud environment.- Core Skills (“Must have”)These are the main skills that a Cloud Security Posture Engineer should demonstrate and exercise daily to fulfill its responsibilities and recurring tasks : - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an information security field.- Minimum of 1 year experience with Cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).- Hands-on experience in any of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Able to work in a changing environment and to multitask.- At least basic understanding of Cybersecurity, including detection, prevention and response tools and processes.- Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Fluent in English, technical and business settings.- Valuable Skills (“Nice to have”)Although not all of them are required, breadth and depth of the following skills are positive valued for a Cloud Security technical Specialist role : - Experience and / or knowledge in other fields of Information Security (Application Security / DevSecOps, Data Privacy, Containers, Micro-services, Infrastructure Security, Mail filtering) is valuable.- Team or Project Coordination.- - Valuable certifications- Cloud Providers’ Certifications at any level (Foundational, Associate or Professional)- Prisma Certified Cloud Security Engineer (PCCSE)- Cybersecurity Master or Certifications (e.G., CCSP, CISSP, CISA, CCSK, etc.)
