Role Purpose

We are looking for a

Junior Engineer

with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow within a global company like Celeo. This role offers the opportunity to actively participate in the identification, analysis, and structuring of new business opportunities in the energy infrastructure sector across multiple geographies.

Support the technical, economic, and strategic analysis of new investment opportunities.

Participate in bidding processes and project structuring (greenfield and brownfield).

Assist in the development of financial models and internal presentations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, finance) and international partners.

Degree in Industrial, Energy, Civil Engineering or related fields.

~1–2 years of experience in business development, strategic consulting, project engineering, or similar areas.

~ High level of English (minimum C1). Portuguese is a plus.

~ Participation in strategic, high-impact projects.
