About the Position :
- Develop the property portfolio in France.
- Oversee prospecting, qualification, pitching, and closing of new real estate opportunities.
- Build relationships and present Nestify to developers and property owners throughout the country and region.
- Oversee and guide deal negotiations and structuring, leveraging head office resources including teams dedicated to market analysis, underwriting, and public policy stakeholders.
- Be assigned to major, high-net-worth, strategic, or tactically important accounts.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement a growth acquisition plan.
- Use local real estate knowledge and a network of market contacts to find developers and property owners with suitable development opportunities where the Nestify business model can thrive and create value.
- Manage relationships with property owners and developers, including structuring agreements, ongoing correspondence, and lease compliance.
- Build and maintain a network of local agents and broker partners to drive the supply pipeline.
- Design, negotiate, and support leases that are favorable to Nestify and its guests, focusing on commercial terms, maintenance, cleanliness, and landlord responsiveness.
- Become familiar with local public policies and building codes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
You speak French and English.You must be based in Barcelona, Spain.You are accomplished, self-driven, and persistent.You master the art of presenting a value proposition and handling objections while inspiring trust.Extensive and well-rounded experience in real estate acquisitions and development.You have and continue to build strong networks; you can find your way to anyone in the country and region, especially in the property space.You have experience in a real estate-related role and can craft sophisticated partnerships to generate long-term value.Experience with a range of asset classes, from serviced apartments to long-term rentals.You understand the real estate structure in France.You can navigate public policy environments skillfully and have a talent for understanding and influencing the legal / regulatory framework.You are an exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complex deals for a variety of stakeholders across different locations and backgrounds.We also offer great benefits to make your life easier so you can focus on what you do best :
