Job Title : Testing Engineer

Work Base : Madrid, Spain

Job Responsibilities :

  • Logistics & Pick-up : Coordinate with front-end service providers on defective material return requests, arrange logistics carriers to complete pick-up within the specified timeframe, and track the delivery of return shipments.
  • Counting & Receiving : Receive returned defective items according to return orders, complete counting, and handle discrepancies based on processing guidelines if abnormalities occur.
  • Defective Material Testing : Conduct testing of returned devices and spare parts within the agreed timeframe according to testing standards and guidelines (consistency checks, appearance inspection, functionality testing), and record results in the system.
  • Inventory Management : Manage daily inbound and outbound inventory operations, complete periodic stocktaking and discrepancy handling as required, and ensure inventory record accuracy.
  • Outbound Handover : Complete physical handover and system outbound operations according to email / system instructions.
  • Business Reports : Calculate and compile key business operation data, and send weekly business analysis reports.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of work experience; background in electronics, physics, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a high sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and patience.
  • Proficient in computer use; familiarity with mobile phone products; ability to disassemble and assemble phones; experience in electronic device testing or repair preferred.
  • Language skills : Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; English must be used as a working language.
  • Bonus points : Ability to communicate in Chinese; experience in inventory management.
