About the role :

As a member of the legal team, you will contribute to the company's growth and success by providing sound legal and business advice, mitigating legal risks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Your daily tasks will entail :

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and providing legal advice on a wide variety of US and international commercial contracts, including sale of goods, SaaS, licensing, partnership, supplier and other agreements.

Understanding and managing the organization's key legal risks and concerns.

Supporting business teams across the globe requiring timely legal advice and support for contracts and special projects, including sales, strategic partnerships, and operations.

Establishing, reviewing, and managing various internal legal processes and efficiencies.

Active participation in calls with business teams, sales clients, and others across time zones, to assist in contract negotiations and provide legal and commercial guidance.

Providing sound legal advice on a wide range of international legal and commercial matters.

Conducting legal research and analysis on relevant legal and regulatory issues.

Your Qualifications :

Law Degree from an accredited and reputable university with the right to practice in at least one jurisdiction. JD Degree or any exposure to the USA Legal system would be highly preferred (but not a pre-requisite).

5+ years of experience working in-house for an international organization or at a law firm (preferably both). Previous experience working in a legal capacity in the US or with the US market will be considered an advantage.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Previous work experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Experience with enterprise-level sales, SaaS, licensing, and supplier agreements will be considered an advantage.

The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while managing and having accountability for multiple critical projects and competing deadlines.

Experience working with legal technology and willingness to learn about the fast-developing print-on-demand and ecommerce industries.

Attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to identify and manage any business-related legal issues and risks.

The ability to work independently but also being a great team player.

Monthly salary of EUR 3000-3700 gross , depending on work experience, education, and skills
