Responsibilities

• Test IGT Gaming software / firmware to ensure it meets required customer, jurisdictional and functional specifications and complies with regulatory requirement.
• Develop and execute test plans and test scripts for IGT gaming software / firmware.
• Complete testing for physical graphics and game rules documentation.
• Assist in creating test and game build standards.
• Perform scripted, exploratory, regression, load and performance, blackbox, and to some extent, white box testing.
• Investigate field issues for games, game builds and graphics.
• Review product documentation and packages.
• Generate documentation, complete file transfers and submittal media for regulatory agencies which include coversheet generation and testing.
• Write or enhance automated tools to support test plans for game builds and process automation.
• Document test methods and findings, summarize results and recommend fixes.
• Perform troubleshooting and research into defects and communicate to engineering.
• Perform multiple tasks for software and firmware project entry and exit out of the department.
