YOUR MISSION AS REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
As Regional Sales Director, you’ll play a key role in Flabelus’ international growth. This role involves business development, account management, sales forecasting, and strategic reporting.
Your goal will be to achieve annual sales targets by acquiring new wholesale clients across assigned regions / countries while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships.
Additionally :
- You’ll represent Flabelus at leading fashion trade shows and in high-impact client meetings to build visibility and generate new business.
- You’ll identify opportunities, generate quality leads, and lead negotiations to close deals.
- You’ll deliver performance reports and accurate sales forecasts to management.
- You’ll ensure a premium experience for our wholesale partners, building long-term, values-aligned relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new wholesale accounts in key marketsManage and grow existing client relationshipsExecute sales strategies aligned with brand positioningLead prospecting and qualification of new leadsNegotiate and close deals, manage the full sales cycleOversee order tracking, deliveries, and replenishmentsProvide regular sales reports and forecastsMaintain CRM and sales recordsRepresent the brand at trade shows and client meetingsCollaborate with agents and distributorsEnsure consistent brand image across all wholesale activityWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
