About the role
We’re looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Specialist to take full ownership of our post-capture funnel — from lead nurturing to customer retention. Your mission is to turn leads into customers and increase conversion rates through high-impact email / WhatsApp flows, campaign automation, and segmentation strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build lifecycle journeys that convert, knows how to use data to drive personalisation, and is obsessed with performance across every stage of the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize automated flows and nurturing campaigns (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation, etc.).
Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns based on behavioural triggers and customer segmentation.
Monitor and improve key metrics : open rates, CTR, CVR, retention and LTV.
Collaborate with the Paid and Creative teams to ensure CRM supports ongoing campaigns.
Define customer segments based on engagement, value, lifecycle stage, and product.
A / B test subject lines, content, send times and targeting logic.
Own CRM reporting and continuously iterate based on performance insights.
What we’re looking for
3-5 years of experience in CRM , lifecycle marketing or retention roles (ideally familiar with lead generation strategies).
Strong knowledge of email & WhatsApp platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Braze, etc.).
Experience designing automated customer journeys from scratch.
Data-driven mindset : you know how to build segments and work with customer data.
Understanding of customer behaviour and funnel logic.
Fluent in English — both spoken and written.
French is a strong plus (not mandatory).
Bonus : familiarity with LTV / CAC metrics and how CRM impacts performance marketing.
