We're hiring on behalf of Axo Longevity : building the Europe-first longevity and AI platform, backed by a top-tier fund. We combine deep-dive biomarker testing (100+ markers), advanced diagnostics, personalized health plans, and an AI health co-pilot to help people extend their healthspan. Responsibilities
Open new markets : Launch Axo in European cities and adapt our model to local realities.Cut through bureaucracy : Negotiate and secure agreements with labs, insurers, and regulators.Build the machine : Design scalable ops processes that take us from 0→1→100.Own growth : Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, with full accountability for KPIs.Lead the team : Hire, mentor, and inspire a top-tier team that can scale with us.Shape the company : Work hand-in-hand with the founders and investors to define the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.Qualifications
You’ve scaled consumer healthtech in Europe before—and know the terrain of regulators, insurers, and labs.You’re fluent in English or Spanish (German / Dutch a plus).You’ve taken a business from zero to scale (0→1→100), ideally in consumer healthtech or subscription models.You thrive on building partnerships, negotiating deals, and getting things done in complex systems.You’re an entrepreneur at heart : resilient, resourceful, and excited by ambiguity.What we offer
