Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Cordstrap, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to all customers in Spain. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience while collaborating with internal teams to address orders, product inquiries, and financial matters. In this role you will report to the Customer Service Team Leader for the designated market.
