Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis & Insight Generation : Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, etc.).
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
  • Perform advanced analysis (segmentation, forecasting, statistical modeling) to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Business Partnering : Work closely with Product Managers, Business Leaders, and Data Engineers to ensure data needs are captured and delivered.
  • Act as a business partner, presenting insights in a way that is accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data Quality & Governance : Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets used for reporting and analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of data standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data models and pipelines.

Required Skills

  • Technical : Proficiency in Power BI (dashboards, data modeling); strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets; good knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data Platform (Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks) is a plus; solid understanding of statistics and data analysis methods; experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Functional & Soft Skills : Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives; strong communication and presentation skills; curiosity and problem-solving mindset with a business-driven approach; fluent English; French is a plus.

    • Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proven ability to design dashboards and deliver insights for executive and operational teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Strong interest in new technologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
