Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to manage Murex systems implementation and optimization. The successful candidate will ensure seamless integration with existing financial systems and processes, leveraging deep understanding of financial markets, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in similar roles, particularly on the Spanish market. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to challenge stakeholders based on thorough business understanding.

• Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and business units.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Led and motivate cross-functional project teams.
