Overview
Noloco empowers businesses to build custom apps from their data. Backed by Y Combinator, we are a fast-moving, remote‑first company with teams across Ireland, Spain, and North America. As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will own our brand storytelling across visual, video, and written formats, driving engagement, awareness, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Owner the social media content calendar and create engaging posts on LinkedIn, Twitter / X, and other channels.
- Produce video‑first content—script, record, edit, and publish (customer stories, feature highlights, social clips).
- Create visual assets (graphics, banners, infographics, landing page layouts) using Figma and Canva.
- Write and publish case studies, blog posts, and other content—directly and in collaboration with external partners.
- Manage and update the Webflow site, refreshing content as needed.
- Draft and send email campaigns and newsletters in HubSpot.
- Coordinate webinars and live events, including materials, invites, and follow‑up content.
- Explore and test new content formats (video, whitepapers, interactive guides) to keep our content fresh and aligned with audience needs.
- Monitor performance across content channels and iterate based on engagement, traffic, and conversion data.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.Strong video and visual content skills : plan, record, and edit engaging video for social and web.Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.Experienced with content management systems like Webflow or WordPress.Comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, and Veed.A self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.Detail‑oriented with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.Bonus : Experience managing external contributors and / or using SEO tools to guide content creation.Success Metrics
3 Months : You’ve taken ownership of the social and blog calendars, consistently publishing high‑quality posts that engage our audience.
6 Months : You’re managing both calendars, driving increased organic traffic, and keeping Noloco’s website and brand style aligned with the latest trends.
12 Months : You’re leading the entire content strategy, shaping our brand voice, and contributing to Noloco’s overall growth goals.
Growth & Progression
This role could evolve into a Senior Content Marketing or Product Marketing position, depending on your interests—whether in managing a team, exploring new content formats, or promoting the product directly.
Location & Remote
You'll be based in Barcelona, working from our office twice a week (or more if you prefer). Noloco is remote‑first : most teams in Dublin and Barcelona use Slack, Zoom, and Figma, with annual in‑person meet‑ups.
