Cloud Database Engineer

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Senior Java Backend Developer!What do you need to fulfill this job?-Strong knowledge of Oracle (RMAN, Data Guard), MSSQL (AlwaysOn, Mirroring), MySQL, PostgreSQL, Sybase, and basic knowledge of NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.).-Experience with AWS RDS, EC2 database management, and migration tools (DMS, SCT).-Hands-on experience with backup strategies, disaster recovery, and failover testing.-Proficiency in SQL performance tuning and execution plan analysis.-Experience in Linux or Windows OS scripting (shell / command / other), with a strong focus on automation.-Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for automation.-Handle complex database incidents, performance tuning, and query optimization.-Set up and manage high-availability solutions (RAC, AlwaysOn, Replication, etc.).-Troubleshoot database connectivity, replication issues, and security concerns.Hybrid model : 2 days per monthAbout HCLTech : We are HCLTech, one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world and home to 225,000+ people across 60 countries, supercharging progress through industry-leading capabilities centered around Digital, Engineering and Cloud.
