Job Title : Senior Backend Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineering Leader to contribute to the success of our global customer in the banking sector. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team of software engineers and shape the technical direction of our project.

Job Description : As a Senior Backend Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying large-scale technological solutions using Java and Spring Boot. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications : 8-10 years of experience in backend software engineering, particularly with Java and Java Frameworks like Spring Boot.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres), and service-oriented architectures.

Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka and Avro.

Familiarity with TDD, BDD, and comprehensive automated testing.

Knowledge and practical experience with DevOps principles, including CI / CD and Kubernetes.

Proven experience in leading high-performing teams of software engineers.

Proven experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Project Stack : Java, Spring Boot RESTful services, Service-oriented architecture, SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres), Kafka, Avro, Kubernetes (PKS), Docker, Microservices, CI / CD, Open API, UML, Unit and Integration testing.

C1 English level is required.
