Description

We are seeking an experienced Verification Leader with a strong passion for microprocessor architecture and 8+ years of industry experience in digital design verification. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and advanced verification methodologies , with a proven track record in both formal and dynamic verification.

In this role, you will lead the Verification Team, overseeing the validation of complex digital designs at the Register Transfer Level (RTL). You will drive verification strategies, mentor engineers, ensure the quality and correctness of designs, and collaborate closely with design teams to deliver high-performance, production-ready microprocessor architectures.

Requirements

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM

Strong scripting skills (Python, Perl, Bash, Tcl) and experience with regression tools

8+ years of relevant industry experience

Hands-on experience with simulation and simulation tools

Knowledge of revision control tools and methodologies (git, svn)

Proven experience in block-level, subsystem, and top-level verification

Background in both formal and dynamic verification methodologies

Experience leading verification teams

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Proficiency in English (C1 level)
