Solution Developer

Solution Developers typically partner with the sales team, reporting to the Head of System Integration and partner with Business Developers in every region to develop the local strategy and translate leads into opportunities, with the support of the System Engineers to convert Sketch designs into final proposals.

General Duties

• Analyzes data from customer to derive an adequate sketch design with the system engineer office from HQs
• Able to design in CAD, looking far a business case, collaborating with sales group and customer in finding a "winning solution"
• Overall validation between design, suppliers, execution plan and financials
• Market Expert
• Proven industry experience in automated picking and storage solutions
• Understanding the competitive regional landscape, and able to react to the different business and technical challenges
• Proven experience in selling to different industry verticals, 3Pls, Industrial, retail and e-commerce
• Technological Know-How
• Technical and financial feasibility of selecting different technologies that best address customer problems
• Customer centric thinking, where the "best" technology is selected agnostic to address customer needs
