Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice to clients on available departures.
• Manage bookings efficiently.
• Support the Sales, Pricing, and Planning departments effectively.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for seamless transportation management.
• Ensure compliance with required shipping documentation.
• Assist clients with operational logistics.
• Resolve load-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
