This exciting role will involve providing expert advice to clients on available departures, managing bookings efficiently, and supporting the Sales, Pricing, and Planning departments effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert advice to clients on available departures.
- Manage bookings efficiently.
- Support the Sales, Pricing, and Planning departments effectively.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain for seamless transportation management.
- Ensure compliance with required shipping documentation.
- Assist clients with operational logistics.
- Resolve load-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements :
