Product Owner (Apps)

Overview

We’re now hiring a Product Owner (Apps) to lead the execution rhythm inside one of our app squads — ensuring projects move fast, decisions stay aligned with strategy, and the roadmap directly drives business results. You’ll be the heartbeat of the squad : translating ideas into deliverables, coordinating teams, tracking progress in Notion, and keeping everyone accountable.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN (Your Mission)

• Squad Execution — Lead your app squad — organize sprints, manage the backlog, and ensure deliverables are on track. Own Notion, Jira (or equivalent), and stand-ups to guarantee operational clarity.
• Roadmap Management — Translate product and business goals into an actionable, prioritized roadmap. Work with UX, Dev, and Analytics to scope, estimate, and prioritize features.
• Alignment & Communication — Keep everyone aligned — from designers to developers to stakeholders. Ensure every team member knows what’s next, why it matters, and how it ties to OKRs.
• Delivery Quality — Review releases, test new features, and ensure they meet functional and UX standards. Monitor rollout impact via Firebase, Amplitude, or Looker dashboards.
• Data-Driven Execution — Partner with the Product Analyst to understand what features drive impact. Turn metrics (retention, conversion, LTV, churn) into action plans for the squad.
• Continuous Improvement — Run retrospectives, track velocity, and constantly improve process efficiency and team performance.
