Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain the Cloudera-based Data Lake, ensuring its availability, performance, and security.

Provide second- and third-level support for incidents and requests related to the Cloudera platform and other OSS environments.

Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Spark, Kafka, Impala, Oozie, and other components of the Cloudera ecosystem.

Implement improvements, patches, and updates to the data infrastructure.

Monitor data performance and integrity, applying best practices in data governance and data quality.

Collaborate with development and operations (DevOps) teams to optimize processes and data flows.

Document technical procedures, incidents, and solutions to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.

Ensure compliance with security policies and data access management.

Requirements :

Proven experience (1–3 years) in the administration or support of Cloudera / Hadoop platforms.

Strong knowledge of ecosystem components such as HDFS, Hive, Spark, Impala, Oozie, Ranger, NiFi, Kafka, etc.

Experience in Level 2 / Level 3 support, incident resolution, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with Linux / Unix environments, scripting (Shell, Python), and monitoring tools.

Experience in managing OSS (Open Source Software) platforms related to data or infrastructure.

Professional level of English (international environment).
