Descripción del trabajoDegree in Finance and Accounting. Minimum 5 years experience in similar functions. Organised person, with ease of communication and learning. Attention to detail, analytical and oriented to meeting deadlines. Experience with MS D365. Advanced level of Excel and user of the rest of the Office package essential. Desirable to have participated in the migration / upgrades of a known ERP. Excellent communication skills to interact with other departments and parent / subsidiaries. Fluent English
We are looking for a talented accountant with experience in administrative accounting management to cover among others the following tasks :
- Complete management of accounting cycle entries for various subsidiaries.
- Postings of customer and supplier invoices with control of different currencies.
- SII management.
- Follow-up of tax settlements and declarations.
- Maintenance of updated and revised account balances. Reconciliations.
- Asset management.
- Inter-company follow-up.
- Support in the processes and deadlines for the monthly and annual closing.
- Support in external audit processes.
- Support in projects to improve accounting and management software (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
