What you will do
As a Technical Project Manager , you will be the bridge between our clients and our product / engineering teams. Your responsibility will be to ensure successful onboarding, stable operations, and continuous improvement of the QUIXOTIC platform across our client base.
You will work in :
Client Onboarding & Needs Analysis
- Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth adoption of the QUIXOTIC platform.
- Analyse client requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks and configurations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across their lifecycle.
Daily Support & Technical Troubleshooting
Provide day-to-day operational support, ensuring clients have a reliable and frictionless experience.Investigate and resolve issues using Python , Postman , and SQL —from validating API calls to checking data consistency.Identify recurring patterns and propose product or process improvements.Project & Team Coordination
Manage and coordinate a small internal team (2–3 people), assigning tasks and ensuring delivery quality.Prioritize requests, plan workloads, monitor progress, and manage expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align client needs with product evolution.International Clients Support
Support our international growth by managing onboarding and support processes in English . Additional EU languages to be positively considered.Lead calls, write documentation, and conduct technical follow-ups with international clients and partners.About you
