We’re looking for a versatile and dynamic IT Infrastructure Specialist to support our IT Manager in maintaining, securing, and evolving our internal infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that blends system administration, networking, DevOps, and cybersecurity, with an emphasis on automation, scalability, and reliability.

You'll play a key role in shaping our internal infrastructure as we scale - balancing performance, security, and support excellence across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve internal IT infrastructure (macOS, Linux, and hybrid environments)
• Monitor, manage, and enhance network and security systems
• Automate updates, backups, and routine operations
• Deploy and manage containerized services (e.g., Docker)
• Administer MDM solutions for endpoint management
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues
• Write scripts and tools to support IT operations and end-users workflows
• Apply and enforce security best practices and processes
• Own deployment and lifecycle of internal services, from development to production
• Customize, manage, and monitor EDR and endpoint protection platforms
• Deliver responsive and friendly IT support to internal end-users
• Assist with onboarding / offboarding and hardware provisioning
• Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge sharing
