Our mission is to help clients institutionalize the governance of their family businesses, protect and grow their assets, and transmit a legacy of values and entrepreneurship to future generations.We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee the regulatory and operational compliance of our group entities, with a particular focus on our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in Miami.The successful candidate will ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, coordinate internal and external audits, and maintain full compliance with both European ( MiFID II ) and U.S. ( SEC / FINRA ) regulations.Key Responsibilities : Supervise and maintain the RIA’s compliance program in accordance with SEC requirements.Implement and monitor KYC / AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and procedures.Draft and update internal manuals, compliance policies, and operating procedures.Manage relationships with legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities in both the U.S. and Europe.Monitor compliance with MiFID II, Dodd-Frank Act, and other applicable regulations.Support administrative tasks related to financial and corporate reporting.Assist with documentation management, contracts, and operational record-keeping.Candidate Profile : Education : Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a Compliance Officer or regulatory role within financial institutions, asset managers, RIAs, or family offices.Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of MiFID II and European financial services regulations.Familiarity with SEC regulations and the U.S. advisory framework.Experience with AML / KYC policies and anti-money laundering protocols.Language Skills : Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is essential.Core Competencies : Excellent organizational skills, sound professional judgment, high attention to detail, and discretion.Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.What we offer : Opportunity to join a growing international firm with a strong culture of excellence, ethics, and teamwork .Flexible and collaborative working environment, with remote work options.Exposure to international projects across Europe, Mexico, Guatemala, and the United States .Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and qualifications.
