As you contemplate your future, you might be asking yourself, what\'s the next step? Start your journey with us! We\'re seeking an experienced Prime Business Analyst to join our Prime Team in Barcelona (hybrid) to help define the broader talent strategy across multiple teams.

What you will do The Prime Business Analyst\’s mission is to contribute to the Prime strategic roadmap with business insights, i.e. generate business insights from data analysis so that they can translate into improvements for the program.

Responsible for execution of key analysis, acting as the data entry point for the business team and taking ownership of the database from the business side. Understand the business needs, gather the data and present key insights : contribute to the Prime strategic roadmap with numbers.

Elaborate business cases to support strategic product decisions, e.g. should we include more benefits into the program? What is the profitability of a free-trial?

Create dashboards and tracking by mastering internal Business Intelligence tools to monitor and track KPIs. Work with data engineering and data science teams to leverage internal data.

Contribute to the delivery of Prime strategic projects, providing business-side support to ensure progress and effective delivery of desired outcomes.

Collaborate with product and Marketing in project execution, offering analytical and business support.

What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.).

Experience in a role with a strong analytical component is a plus.

Knowledge of SQL, experience with databases and large data sets; experience with Google DataStudio is required.

Advanced Office skills and strong experience with analytical tools, ideally with Google toolset (spreadsheets, Google Docs, etc.).

Strong analytical skills, fast learner, high attention to detail, and results-focused.

A self-starter and team player who also enjoys having fun.

Business proficiency in English.
