Senior Finance Analyst, Commercial Programs

Our Corporate Functions are made up of teams that support Expedia Group, including Employee Communications, Finance, Legal, People Team, Inclusion and Diversity, and Global Social Impact and Sustainability.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll be integral in supporting key cross-functional programs that drive growth to the business. Your role will involve translating complex financial data into clear, executive-level presentations that inform business decisions. You'll provide financial modelling and analysis, identifying risks and opportunities within ongoing projects.

It’s an exciting role which business partners a wide array of stakeholders across Sales, Product, Tech, Partner Finance, Accounting, Tax and wider EG business & project teams.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a confident communicator, comfortable with some ambiguity and adept at driving value and leadership insights.

In This Role, You Will

Support Senior Finance Manager in understanding and navigating key commercial programs and operational issues.

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Product, Tech, Partner Finance, Accounting, Tax, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Translate complex financial data and issues into compelling, executive-level presentations that support informed business decision-making.

Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic business decisions and scenario planning.

Ability to understand and summarize operational issues, working with relevant teams to drive resolution and ensure alignment

Experience And Qualifications

2+ years of experience in finance or business consulting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to present data & insights in a visually compelling format to finance and non-finance audiences

Strong modelling skills with the ability to analyse raw data and convert into useful insights

Highly organized with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple workstreams across multiple time zones

Work collaboratively and constructively with a range of partners to challenge the status quo, drive positive change and process improvement
