JOB PURPOSE Drive innovation and lead our business to new heights by spearheading the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Be a part of the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team, a new team of 40+ FTE that will be pivotal in the Ice Cream Company’s ambition to be a Digital First company.

Together with colleagues from the Reporting team, you will build, maintain, and improve all SC sustainability reports (Power BI, Excel) for the Ice Cream Company. You extract purchasing data about ingredients (Cocoa, Dairy, Sugar, Vanilla, Sticks, etc.) and packaging (plastics, cardboard, etc.), but also sustainability metrics related to logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and point-of-sales (e.g. ice cream cabinets). You collaborate with various teams, including Procurement, Quality, and Master Data, and heavily with the Sustainability team, aligning on external reporting metrics.

As part of Ice Cream’s transition to a standalone company, you will help identify, migrate, and rebuild existing sustainability reporting data, as well as existing reports. You will work closely with Unilever’s sustainability teams to understand the challenges and complexities of sustainability reporting.

You will evaluate existing sustainability KPIs and metrics used in SC business reporting, and in collaboration with SC senior leadership and the Sustainability team, consolidate to a single unambiguous set of KPIs and metrics to be used by everybody across all reports. You will then adjust all reports accordingly.

You will work closely with SC teams around the world, especially Procurement teams, to ensure you get the right data for your analysis and reporting needs.

You will help establish the DSC Reporting team as a solid foundation for all SC business reports, and make it top-of-mind for all SC reporting development matters.

You will be involved in digital project teams for the implementation of various SaaS and in-house solutions, providing your reporting expertise, and help deliver quick turnaround times with your building know-how.

You will do a limited amount of data engineering and collaborate with IT D&A to ensure you can build the best reports possible.

You will be a point-of-contact for the business for all questions regarding sustainability reports.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED SKILLS Ability to execute strategic goals, aligning them with business objectives.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between IT, SC business, and SC leadership.

Proficiency in managing complex projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

You have excellent knowledge of building and maintenance using standard reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.), as well as good understanding of data lake structures and basic data engineering and supply chain knowledge to ensure efficient throughput of projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges.

Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain reporting processes.

Ability to thrive in a team environment.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role within supply chain.

Proven experience with digital supply chain technologies and data management.

Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale digital projects and cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of supply chain best practices and emerging trends (e.g., AI, IoT).
